Screw Compressor Packages

Compass Compression offers standard screw compressor packages from 84 HP to 1680 HP. These standard packages offer a cost-effective, proven and quick delivery solution for most applications.

Oil-flooded rotary screw compressors (screws) are ideal for low pressure, sweet and sour gas applications with a suction pressure range of 0 -100 psig and discharge pressure range of 50 – 350 psig.

Screws are able to operate in a compression ratio range of 2:1 to 20:1 in a single stage, thus they provide a more cost-effective solution in comparison to multistage reciprocating packages for suitable applications. Screw compressors feature automated capacity control and operate with minimal vibration and minimal wear parts.
